If there’s one thing my wardrobe has been craving, but my wallet has been resisting, it is some nice, bright pairs of colored pants. Whether it was the current neon craze or just my love for a versatile wardrobe, I knew I somehow had to get my hands on some easy to wear colored pants this season. Luckily, I found some on the FemmeLuxe site, and funny enough, was able to pair each of them with a simple white office shirt, just in very distinct ways. Here’s what I did:
Earthy Tones

Shoes: Zara
Cap: Anti Social Social Club
Shirt: Vintage
Earrings: Kate Spade
There’s something about drawing inspiration from nature in the clothes you wear. It encourages me to spend more time out in the sun, and to connect with nature. Whether it is nature that inspires your dressing, or your dressing that inspires you to spend more time in nature, this pair of neon lime cargo trousers cannot do wrong, especially when you pair it with subtle tones of blue and a bit of white.

REDy or Not
Whenever you don’t have an outfit ready for a formal event (conferences, nights out, etc…), ready or not, these red pants will come to your rescue. In fact, whether Winter or Summer, Fall or Spring, this outfit stays relevant throughout the seasons. I paired the simple white top and the red pants with kitten heels, a statement necklace, and some colored lens shades.
Orange Is Cool With Black
Orange really isn’t the new black, because when combined, the two colors make a suave pairing. Especially in the later months of Summer as we start to near Fall and Halloween time, it’s a great idea to bring out this combination! With these neon orange cargo trousers, I wore black and orange striped white sneakers, a black bag, cat-eye sunglasses, and some super cool ethnic (Indian) earrings to bring a sense of individuality to the look.
Truly, a carefully paired colored pant puts a modern take on what could be a plain, overly traditional look.
