When it comes to Halloween makeup, I’m not one to do something extremely bold, but I am all about letting the season, date, or event inspire my look. I wanted to create something for those of you who want to imbibe the spirit, and colors, of Halloween, but don’t necessarily want to go all out with a spooky transformation. Here’s what I came up with…. a subtle Halloween glam look using:

Face:
L’Oreal True Match Honey Beige N6
Milk Makeup Flex Stick Medium With Neutral Peach Undertones
Ciate London Extraordinary Translucent Powder
LaRuce Beauty Kabuki Brush
Elf 16 Hour Camo Concealer in Light Sand
BH Cosmetics Desert Oasis Mineral (as highlighter)

Eyes:
BH Cosmetics Desert Oasis
Smashbox ShapeMatters
Clarins Supra Volume Mascara
NYX Slide On Eye Pencil Purple Blaze

Lips:
Chanel Le Rouge Sweet Berry

I truly wish this helped inspire you to create a Halloween makeup look that’s a bit more snazzy and spooky than your usual, quick routines (P.S. here’s my five minute routine for any of your lazy days). While I’m probably not going to be going all out with a costume, I do love getting in the color mood. You’ll see on my Instagram lately, too, that I’ve been sporting so much purple, and not only is it a color that Vogue France has named the star color of 2020, but the truth is there’s no better time to pull out your purple’s than during spooky season.
Happy Halloween to you all!
XO,
-MS
