Pumpkin spice latte’s are brewing, yet all I can think of are 2021 fall fashion trends and how, no matter how in-the-moment they are, they still pay homage to what Fall is truly about: staying cozy, comfortable, and cool.
Neutrals And A Saturated Primary Color

Saturated primary colors are definitely set to take center stage moving into 2022, especially after designers like Dior, Versace, and several others debuted their SS22 collections at Fashion Week. Speaking of…this was a look I wore during NYFW during this SS22 season. Definitely one of my favorites.

Transparently On Trend

A sister to mesh tops, dresses with a little dose of transparent here-and-there are a subtle way to show some skin, even in the fall. You can opt for traditional fall colors like brown and black, or have some fun with colors–especially if it’s still sunny out where you live!

Glitz, Glam, and Chainmail

Mix the nostalgia for the Y2k era (we all know about Jenny from the Block’s sparkly hoops), with an excitement of slowly heading out of a pandemic and being able to dress up, we’re all ready to do the most. This means: more metals, more chains, and more sparkles all around.
Overall, 2021 Fall fashion trends portray a new level of excitement and optimism for the last quarter of the year before we head into 2022, especially because much of this year was spent indoors. I’m personally most excited about the glitz, glam, and chainmail trend; I’m obsessed with all things sparkly.
Which trend can you see yourself wearing the most this season?
